Testing

Our objective is to deliver a high quality product. To demonstrate the capability of our products each item is individually tested. Our Test Facility enables us to do the following tests in house:

• Hydrostatic body & seat testing upto 1.800 Barg (+26.000 Psi)
• Gas (Nitrogen) body & seat testing upto 800 Barg (+11.500 Psi)

The Test Facility is directly linked to a computer, monitoring the data and generating a Digital Test Report.

For the gas test the valve is placed in a water basin and with a remote operated camera the valve can be monitored from safe place outside the bunker.

To prove the correct functionality of the product we also perform a:

• Functional test

Furthermore, our testing facilities include:

• Cv and Fl test loop

In this test loop we comprehensively test, among others, the valve flow co-efficiency, and the valve liquid pressure recovery factor.

The layout of our test loop meets the ANSI/ISA-75.02-1996 requirements.
