R&D has a central role in our organisation, as we are supplying tailor-made solutions for each typical application. The R&D is carried out by our highly qualified and experienced Engineering Team.
Our competitive strength is flexibility in design. To gain the highest effectivity our Engineering Team is supported by sophisticated design tools.
Testing
Our objective is to deliver a high quality product. To demonstrate the capability of our products each item is individually tested. Our Test Facility enables us to do the following tests in house:
- Hydrostatic body & seat testing up to 1.800 Barg (+26.000 Psi)
- Gas (Nitrogen) body & seat testing up to 800 Barg (+11.500 Psi)
To prove the correct functionality of the product we also perform Functional test. The Test Facility is directly linked to a computer, monitoring the data and generating a Digital Test Report.
